ROM photographer in Singapore

S$300 for 2 hours. I photograph your solemnisation from before the ceremony to the last family photo, then we head to a nearby spot for relaxed wedding photos. All your photos are sent to you on the spot.

How it works

  1. Tell me your date and venue

    Send me your date, ceremony time, venue and roughly how many guests. A 50% deposit confirms the booking.

  2. Before the ceremony

    I arrive early to photograph you arriving, the rings, flowers and small details, and quiet moments with family and friends.

  3. The ceremony

    Vows, rings, signing, the first kiss as a married couple, then group photos with your witnesses, family and friends.

  4. Wedding photos nearby

    With the time left in your 2 hours, we walk to a nearby spot for relaxed wedding photos of the two of you.

  5. Photos on the spot

    Pay the balance after the shoot and I send you all the photos straight away, ready to share the same day.

Where

ROM at The Esplanade Mall

Since April 2025 the Registry of Marriages has been at The Esplanade Mall (8 Raffles Avenue, Level 3) while its Canning Rise building is redeveloped. The solemnisation room is small, about 20 people including the two of you and your witnesses, but the best part is right outside: the Esplanade waterfront, the Jubilee Bridge and Merlion Park are a few minutes' walk away, and the National Gallery and St Andrew's Cathedral are close too.

Your own venue

Solemnising with your own licensed solemniser? You can marry almost anywhere in Singapore: a garden, a hotel, a restaurant, a church or at home. The photos on this page are from a solemnisation in a white gazebo at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. For public parks and gardens, check whether the venue needs a booking first.

Where is ROM now?

ROM is at The Esplanade Mall, 8 Raffles Avenue, #03-03/04, Singapore 039802, since April 2025. The nearest MRT is Esplanade. It's expected to move back to its Canning Rise building after redevelopment, so check the official Our Marriage Journey website for the latest details.

Can you take photos inside ROM?

Yes. Photos and videos are allowed during the ceremony. The room is small and decorations aren’t allowed, so I keep a low profile and work with the light that’s there.

Is 2 hours enough?

For most couples, yes. The ceremony itself is short, so 2 hours covers getting ready, the ceremony, family photos and wedding photos at a nearby spot. Want to go further, like the Botanic Gardens, or have a lunch reception after? Ask me about extra time.

Do you photograph solemnisations outside ROM?

Yes: gardens, hotels, restaurants, churches and homes. The price is the same for venues in Singapore. For a venue far from the wedding photo spots, we can plan the route together.

When do we get the photos?

On the day. Once the balance is paid, I transfer all the photos to you on the spot.
