How it works
Send me your dates
Tell me your dates in Bali, where you’re staying and the places you’d like to shoot. I check my availability and suggest a plan for the day.
Book with a 50% deposit
The deposit confirms your date and lets me book my flights. You don’t need to arrange anything for me.
I fly in
I arrive the day before your shoot, so we start on time and rested, and fly back the day after.
Your full day of shooting
Up to 8 hours. You arrange the local car or driver as usual, and I ride along with you from spot to spot.
Photos on the day
Pay the balance after the shoot and I send you all the photos the same day.
Where we can shoot
Ubud: rice terraces and swings
The green steps of the Tegallalang rice terraces, the famous jungle swings and nests, quiet rice fields that turn golden before harvest, plus temples and villas around Ubud. Best in the early morning, before the heat and the tour buses.
Uluwatu: cliffs and beaches
Padang Padang, Melasti and the other beaches under the limestone cliffs of the Bukit peninsula, with turquoise water and surfers in the waves. Best in the late afternoon, through to sunset.
Your villa, Canggu, Seminyak and more
Your villa or hotel, the beach clubs and cafés of Canggu and Seminyak, or anywhere else you’re going. Tell me your list and I’ll plan the route.

How a full day works
Bali is big and the traffic is slow: Ubud to Uluwatu takes about 1.5–2 hours by car. So we usually split the day: rice terraces in the soft morning light, a long break over the middle of the day when the sun is harsh, then the beach in the late afternoon and sunset. With two days, we can keep each day in one area and shoot more.

Questions
How much does a Bali photoshoot cost?
S$500 for a full day of up to 8 hours, plus S$400 for my return flights from Singapore and 2 nights’ stay. Each extra day is S$500, with no extra hotel cost.
Who pays for transport in Bali?
You arrange the local car or driver, as most travellers do in Bali anyway, and I ride along with you. My flights and stay are covered by the fixed S$400 travel fee.
When do we get the photos?
On the day. Pay the balance after the shoot and I send you all the photos the same day.
Can we shoot in Ubud and Uluwatu on the same day?
Yes, with a long drive in between (about 1.5–2 hours). A popular plan is the rice terraces in the morning and the beach at sunset. With two days, we can spend one day in each area.
What if it rains?
Bali’s rainy season is roughly November to March, and showers often pass quickly. We keep the plan flexible within the day and shoot around the weather.
Do you shoot in Phuket or other places?
Yes: Phuket, Vietnam, Malaysia and elsewhere in Southeast Asia. Send me your dates and destination for a quote.
Not going to Bali?
I also travel for shoots in Phuket, Vietnam, Malaysia and elsewhere in Southeast Asia. Send me where and when and I’ll quote you a full-day price. See Ho Chi Minh City photoshoots →
Going to Bali soon?
